Il y a 7 mois, on était stuck à 10K/day sur le marché FR, avec la même team qu’aujourd’hui, à se poser 40 questions et à avoir peur de lancer les USA parce que :
« C’est chaud les USA, faut être meilleur en marketing. »
« Les CPM sont abusés. »
« Le marché est trop compétitif. »
On a lancé 8 produits. Un s’est démarqué plus que les autres.
(On était à peine BE, mais être BE aux USA = banger. Soyez contents d’être break-even ou même de perdre quelques $$ pendant 2 à 3 semaines.)
On a mis 3 semaines à trouver une première pub rentable, 1 mois à faire 2K/day, 2 mois à faire 10K/day... et la suite vous la connaissez.
(Il y a un podcast qui sort semaine prochaine où j’explique tout ce qui s’est passé.)
Mais une fois que vous crackez une winneuse, puis une deuxième, vous avez souvent déjà épongé toutes vos pertes, voire plusieurs mois de testing dans le vide.

Ce que je conseille :
Ne lancez pas 10 ads avec le même angle, dont 4 qui sont en réalité le même concept déguisé, sur un avatar choisi au hasard.
Les premiers jours, on ne cherche pas à faire de l’argent.
On cherche à comprendre le marché.
À récolter de la DATA.
La vraie DATA qui va vous aiguiller sur vos prochaines ads.
Essayez ça :
Passez une journée complète sur la recherche de marché (Reddit, concurrents directs, concurrents indirects, avis clients...)
Ripez 3 à 5 ads gagnantes des concurrents. Ça ne mange pas de pain.
Étudiez les 5 à 10 hooks qui reviennent le plus souvent et essayez de les refaire avec l’IA légèrement différemment.
L’objectif n’est pas de copier.
L’objectif est d’apporter de la nouveauté tout en restant proche de ce qui fonctionne déjà.
Puis craftez 10 concepts différents répartis sur 2 niveaux d’awareness :
- 50% Solution Aware
- 50% Problem Aware
C’est les deux plus importants .
Envoyez une vingtaine de statiques et une dizaine de natives avec un seul objectif : obtenir de la DATA.
Testez différents personas, différents angles, différentes promesses.
Et si votre Day 1 finit break-even ou légèrement négatif :
NE VOUS ARRÊTEZ PAS.
Continuez à chercher la data.
Parce qu’une fois qu’un angle ou un hook commence à réagir, trouver une vraie winneuse devient 20 fois plus simple.
Donc en résumé :
Préparez votre testing.
Ayez un vrai plan.
Structurez vos angles.
Envoyez du volume au début
Et allez chercher la data sur ce putain de marché $$$.
Ne soyez pas gay, n’attendez pas d’être "prêt" pour vendre aux US.
Vous ne le serez jamais.

This audience doesn't just watch. They CLING to this character. They comment paragraphs about their own symptoms. They tag their friends. They share videos in private group chats with the caption "this is exactly what I've been going through"
The bond forms faster in this niche than anywhere else because these women feel unseen by everyone and suddenly someone is speaking directly to their experience every single day
Product videos for this audience barely require a pitch. "I struggled with hot flashes for 2 years before I found this." Drop the supplement. The audience is pre-sold because 15 educational videos already proved the character understands their body better than their own doctor does
