Please: you’ve been sending reminders to your colleagues for over 18 weeks now. I want my refund & the legal compensation. it’s been over 6 months @eutravelrights @staralliance #europe #germany as customers we don’t get 6 months to pay our bills with you!

Months since @lufthansa cancelled my transit flight, leaving us without hotel, luggage & meals in FRA. Immediately filed my case & expenses. Still being processed after 6months and multiple requests! Terrible customer care for a @staralliance gold member on a full flex biz tkt

Losing my miles worth of a business class ticket from all SQ & @staralliance EU destinations to NZ/OZ AND vice-versa with my SQ miles I can’t spend as SQ gold member booking months ahead of time is beyond my understanding!Extend all my miles till I can actually spend them!

@SingaporeAir It’s been over a month I have filed a complaint with no reply from SQ. months I’ve been booking flights on SQ all waitlisted. ZERO @staralliance availabilities (SQ website). Yet will lose all my miles. Feels like an organised scam by @SingaporeAir

@SingaporeAir could you please answer to my claim filed over a month ago? S-2022-10-2189025. SQ gold member here, can’t use my miles i am on 24 waitlisted flights (they don’t get confirmed) meanwhile those same miles will expire!! That’s a total scam! @staralliance

@mallo75004 @lufthansa @Europarl_EN That is terrible! I have been waiting since August to be reimbursed for expenses due to delayed/lost baggage with @lufthansa . I have a feedback ID and was emailing with customer relations, but have had no communication or action since August.
