The House Foreign Affairs Committee has just passed the Hong Kong Economic and Trade Office Certification Act by a unanimous vote of 39 to 0. A big victory. The HKETO bill has both bipartisan and bicameral support. It will now go to the House Rules Committee. #NoToHKETO
