In case someone was looking for an update just got a call from @MicrotekOfcl @MicrotekCorp @MicrotekGroup @Microtek_UPS and the service technician outright refused to service the UPS at all. Seems like that guy treats @Flipkart how they treat their customer

Man, @Flipkart can really make your life hell! May 14th - Order Delivered - Device Dead on Arrival May 15th - I report and create a return May 16th - Engineers visits and tell me the device is dead May 17th to May 25th - Peak Flipkart incompetence.

@flipkartsupport That specialist was the WORST and RUDEST customer facing person I'd ever met. Nothing was shared, this information is pointless, the technician visited last week, and he has refused to visit again. @Flipkart is in denial, I'm not sure how that will magically solve the isse.

For anyone who read through the previous messages and thought that @flipkartsupport was doing something to resolve it, THEY WEREN'T! I will avoid @Flipkart like the plague. Even tagging @Flipkart or their CEO is not enough to gain any support! THEY DON'T CARE!

Because @flipkartsupport knowns that they are untouchable, since you cannot rate any support conversations through any channels the customer support team knows that no matter how they behave, NO ONE WOULD EVER KNOW.

@action8r @Flipkart @action8r Very interesting. But that's still no excuse for treating customers like crap. @flipkartsupport team just kept on repeating the same stuff, and I shared screenshots of when the Engineer had visited, and the way I was being treated. They just went Meh!

@managerofnull @Flipkart Flipkart failed to build a system which identifies fraud from genuine issues. They treat every such case as fraud. Contrary to amazon where I had almost never faced such issues and returned many items.

@_Kalyan_K Just some recommendations please have some feedback mechanism where customers can provide feedback about their interactions with your @flipkartsupport team. Your service quality is deteriorating by the day. I consider myself to be a decent spender (Rs. 2L per month on online shopping), and the support team member was VERY HAPPY to lose all my business, rather than helping escalate the issue.

I have recorded calls with the Flipkart support teams and they have found the best way to ruin support. It is to Delete All Feedback mechanisms! @flipkartsupport has no way of collecting feedback and I've had 2 of the RUDEST conversations ever, both with only Flipkart support.
