Because @flipkartsupport knowns that they are untouchable, since you cannot rate any support conversations through any channels the customer support team knows that no matter how they behave, NO ONE WOULD EVER KNOW.

I have recorded calls with the Flipkart support teams and they have found the best way to ruin support. It is to Delete All Feedback mechanisms! @flipkartsupport has no way of collecting feedback and I've had 2 of the RUDEST conversations ever, both with only Flipkart support.


Man, @Flipkart can really make your life hell! May 14th - Order Delivered - Device Dead on Arrival May 15th - I report and create a return May 16th - Engineers visits and tell me the device is dead May 17th to May 25th - Peak Flipkart incompetence.
