a 14yr old's AI agent's idea improved my agent architecture
last sunday, i went to a hackathon on a boat in SF where 30 finalists (of an online hack) shipped and pitched investors - and one went back home with a DGX Spark!
there - we saw this young entrepreneur confidently showing his AI agent -- Loopy (checkout what it does here - github.com/arjunkshah/loo…)
what i found most fascinating was how fast he picked what @bcherny said about loops and goals in an interview and ran with it
his coding agent loop runs multiple agents in a "as long as possible" mode against a "goal" agreed with the human
he had generated a 350+ commits codebase on medium-hard level problem and it worked. i would have spent 3-4 hrs guiding coding agent to build it myself - which felt really impressive
i applied this idea to my agent - which btw - is not even a coding agent. and i can see improvements in output quality..
@ycombinator - if this catches your attention..
