This is pretty much the way we approach training in the @UT_EdPsych school psych program! Our trainees are in schools, hospitals, primary care, juvenile justice, head start—all the systems that touch kids and families.

IMO we need more school psychs who are clinically trained and clinical psychologists who are trained in the schools. Providing the best quality behavioral healthcare for kids requires ditching the silos and bridging this false divide to engage in trans-disciplinary collaboration
