@cathaypacific @cathaypacifichk What difference is this to going to baggage claim counter? I’ve just been told to submit receipts for all damaged items or cleaning. I don’t have receipts from my holiday nor would anybody take all their wet clothes to dry clean just to get a receipt

@AXS_UK how can you treat artists fan bases like this? I signed up for the presale, got a code, got kicked out and now you’ve blocked my account. Customer service next to none who suggested I clear cookies when you’ve clearly blocked my account!!

@patricia_aalex @AXS_UK Exactly the same problem I had. My account has been restricted. The advisor from @AXS_UK just told me to clear cache and use another browser… it’s definitely been blocked on the AXS side so clearing my browser will do nothing

@Apple I have problems with my lagging phone and there’s issues with storage. iOS and system storage combined take 20% of the overall size of my phone… why do you deem this acceptable? Your support agent said this is perfectly acceptable and within expected range….

@AXS_UK @AXS_Uk_Help_ Hi I’ve responded to you DM and awaiting your response. There were large queues with the queue not moving on live chat on the day of the pre-sale tickets so nobody was able to respond when my card was blocked from purchasing the tickets.
