Screwing their most loyal customers. Way to go @UniversalORL We spent over $1200 on last years ticket. Spent a good $50-100 EACH NIGHT on food/beverage/merch.
Will be cancelling opening weekend at Sapphire.
We save all year for this one event. Thanks for nothing.

All I can say is @UniversalORL is gonna learn a valuable lesson here. The economy isn’t great what so ever. This right here, will turn away even more people. Good luck to y’all. Our family of 4 just went from multiple nightly visits and stays to 1 and done for the season. #HHN35

I feel bad for everyone in creative for #HHN. This is a low blow to them and the massive fan base they create this event for. All because over educated morons in offices think they know it all and made this decision. Absolutely stupid on @UniversalORL’s part. Lost all excitement.
