My Mom was recently diagnosed with a progressive neurological disease She doesn't remember time or date and completely lost her attention span I started caregiving her the past weeks and have to check on her hourly if not more Our family is small so I'm the only one who can do it So it’s been hard to focus on the market like I usually do although I did notice the bags thing brewing a few days back That's why I've been more focused on vibe coding...it's a really enjoyable hobby for me while this is happening They say pain creates the best art and I think it's true I have to make her breakfast lunch and dinner and make sure she isn't wandering around or doing something she shouldn't all day I will likely need a professional caregiver soon from the way it’s progressing... but she definitely doesn't want one She's started to wake up asking me when we’re going back to our “old house” every morning the past 10 days so that worries me a bit The neurologists here are booked for months so we haven't been able to see a real specialist for her condition.. The primary doctor said "there's no treatment" and to start looking for a caregiver asap I wanted to take her to Thailand for caregiving but I think her condition is so bad now it'd be a tough 20+ hours journey due to her fibromyagia and neurological issues She wakes up every 1-2 hours in pain from so I haven't been getting sleep like I normally do But there’s no place I’d rather be Love you Mom In my season of sacrifice I’m a little scared tho
