Worst customer service ever. #DPDUK knocked on door, didn’t ring bell then by the time I realised and got there, he was getting back in his van. Extremely rude, refused to give my parcel, saying he didn’t have time to hang around, so I can just go to the shop to collect now #Fail

Well that's depressing. I was just going to spend £120 with @EvansCycles as a UK company. However, I see no reason why I should pay a £5 delivery charge for standard delivery when I can get the same item from Germany at the same price, with taxes and delivery included.
