This situation has caused unnecessary mental stress and anxiety for both of us - especially for me as a student traveling alone internationally, now dealing with uncertainty around baggage and unexpected additional costs.

At the same time, being in the USA, I am unable to directly contact Cleartrip easily, which has only added to the frustration and helplessness in resolving this issue.
