Happy New Year all! It's been a fun year of content and running. Ending with seeing amazing growth on the channel hitting 1045 subscribers and a new 10km PB of 47:40. Onwards and upwards to the half marathon in March!

Well, that has blown me away! This weekend's video is my best-performing video on views, likes, comments, and new subscribers. Lovely to see after taking a longer break. It's always a worry to come back after a break. I guess the topic really connected with people 😍

We are back with a new Minecraft video coming out this weekend. Plus signed up for a 10km race in December and my first half marathon in March...

Week 11 of "Can I actually keep up this regular exercise routine?". We covered 28.7km with some hills and a nice long run. Only a few more weeks to go before it's race time.

Week 10 of "Hmm colder weather and darker mornings might make me change running times". We covered 24.9km down on last week's to recover from the race. Some speed work as it is only 3 weeks till my next race and I am aiming for my first sub 25 min 5k since 2018...

Week 9 of "Have I really done 9 weeks of running training!". We covered 29.3km with a nice long run and a 6km race in the mix. I surprised myself with how strong I felt during the race and feels like a good omen for the next race in 1 month's time.

My first "race" in 5 years finished! Managed to run the 6km in 31:07. Super happy with the time now to not move from the sofa again until Monday!

Week 8 of "Wait I have a race coming up soon I better keep going with this running". We covered 21.5km with a mix of a magic mile, some speed work, and easy runs. Next week includes an actual race so I guess I better get fast soon!

@tutnix Signed up for a couple of races has helped with motivation 🤣 not sure how it will go after October though.

@mannersd Really envy you that you can motivate yourself for running. I cannot get myself to do more than one or two short ones a week.

Week 7 of "Who knew regular exercise could be fun and good for your mood". 4 runs completed in the week for the first time since a little injury. 25.4km total with some long and easy runs plus a few drill and tempo runs. Next week starts off with a magic mile tomorrow though...

@cuzza_mc Yeah it's been nice getting a run in a couple of mornings during the week before work.

@mannersd I've been doing the odd run in the week and my ParkRun every Saturday, think my body remembers how to run now 😅. Keep at it bud! 💪

Week 6 of "this running thing is kinda fun". 15.4km in total with some speed repeats in this week. Still slowly increasing the kms back after injury and only 4 weeks out from race one though...
