@SwiggyCares Also I think delivery is in the control of @SwiggyCares because restuarant won't pack it like this. Learn to take responsibility. Atleast it should be your duty to ensure listing image being used is correct. They are showing 4 cupcakes in image and delivering only 2.

It is extremely concerning that Shadowfax continues to be onboarded as a 3PL partner with Meesho despite clear infrastructure and manpower gaps. In my city Surendranagar (363001), the issue has remained unresolved for the last 45+ days. More than ₹9+ lakh worth of parcels are pending pickup — and this is only from Meesho shipments. This level of operational failure is severely impacting small businesses. Competitors like Delhivery and Xpressbees are performing significantly better in the same region, which raises serious questions about service allocation and accountability. We strongly request Meesho to immediately: • Remove Shadowfax as a 3PL option in Surendranagar (363001) • Reassign shipments to reliable logistics partners • Provide a permanent resolution, not temporary assurances Small sellers cannot sustain losses due to logistics partner inefficiencies. Immediate action is required.
