Can you help I.D. either of these individuals who stole a golf cart from the Arena District? 👀👇 The reported theft occurred on May 24, 2023, in the 400 block of Neil Ave. Security cameras recorded the pair driving the stolen golf cart on the sidewalk near Huntington Park.
