@virginmedia appalling customer service. Difficult to find contact details. On phone for lengthy periods twice. Promised call backs never done. Despite no changes in house or devices WiFi issues can only be solved by upselling more equipment. When this was refused, they hung up.

@virginmedia Not as far as I am aware. All checks indicate that service to the Hub 3 is as it should be, which I accept because Ethernet connected devices work fine.

@virginmedia And it doesn’t matter where you are in the building. I’ve stood beside the hub with a device and still not received a signal.

@virginmedia Once again😡:
WiFi is unstable. Sometimes it works mostly it doesn’t ATM.
It worked before.
Nothing in the environment has changed over the last few weeks. The hub is in the exact same position.
The types and no of devices are the same.

@virginmedia I’ve ditched it on and off dozens of times.
I’ve hard reset via the pinhole about 5 times.

@manxshaun Is there no WiFi signal whatsoever? And when you say "hard reset" do you mean you've tried a pinhole reset already?

@virginmedia Use Connect to improve the WiFi? When Connect will only let you log in if you are on the same network. Not if you are using mobile data. Bit of an impossibility then?
