@cargodog_ @benthecarman @babylonlabs_io Slashing does need the committee, otherwise during slashing the staker could race to get a transaction confirmed which returns the funds to themself. It won’t need a committee once Bitcoin has real covenants

Anyone know how @babylonlabs_io works? They say it's self custodial but I don't really see how they'd do that? Show me the scripts

1) So I decided to try and withdraw $nBTC from @osmosis to $BTC, a route provided by @nomicbtc. It took 3 full days for it to arrive but i have to say this is amazing that we can now withdraw $BTC directly to a BTC add with 1 click. $osmo $nom

Hey @mappum question: If I buy a bunch of $nBTC with cosmos staking rewards but never bridge it (and never connect a BTC address), what does the emergency disbursal do with it if @nomicbtc dies?

@The5thForce0_0 @rebel_defi @nomicbtc Nope, it is credited based on nBTC balances. So when you transfer it away, it goes to the receiving party

@rebel_defi @mappum @nomicbtc Tbh even the bridged case is a bit confusing... Say I bridge $BTC into $nBTC using @nomicbtc then sell for #Cosmos assets. Now someone else has my $nBTC (maybe even a pool), and if @nomicbtc dies do I get my real $BTC back? Surely not, just wondering how to deal.
