@MeggaT1 Yikes. I use the same ones and taking them out (in a controlled manner) is the worst bit so I can sympathise with the pain involved with swift and unintended removal 🥴

@NHSBTDanny This is how I felt after my diagnosis with type 1 diabetes last year. It’s a condition that necessitates constant thinking. Try remembering what is interesting about Danny other than work and prioritise those things over the mundanity. This helped give me my head space back.
