I lived in Singapore once. I felt like a third class citizen there. My parents couldn’t stay with me for 2+ months, couldn’t enrol children in certain schools. Had to hold a job. And I feel like a first class citizen here in India and that’s reason enough.

@reliancejio @JioCare I am frustrated with the service now. Every here and there the service goes down. And when raised request from MyJio it is not taken care for days. Service is down since yesterday and raised request yesterday only and no response yet. Need very urgent help.

@JioCare I have been given 2 different time slot of engineer visit so far. I didn’t left the home for that. Nobody showed up. I tried calling(5times) to assigned engineer and he didn’t picked up. I have no trust if it doesn’t get resolved in next 1.30 hour I am throwing it.
