Cuando compras una casa lo haces, generalmente, con crédito hipotecario que pagas durante 20 o 30 años a lo cual debes adicionarle el IVA y el impuesto de timbre y estampillas al mutuo. Después de pagar toda una vida , finalmente, crees que la casa es tuya y es lo que podrás dejar a tus hijos o a quien tú quieras. Sin embargo estás en un error pues, y hasta el día de tú muerte, estarás obligado a pagar " Contribuciones". Es decir, un impuesto por el " derecho a tener una casa" y si no puedes pagarlo porque estás muy viejo , enfermo o cambió tú suerte, viene el Estado y te la quita para rematarla , echarte a la calle y quedarse con el dinero producto del remate. ¿ Que trabajaste toda una vida para pagarla? no importa, te la quitarán igual. Terminar con esta aberración llamada "Contribuciones" , al menos para los más viejos, es lo que busca el proyecto de ley que enviará al Congreso @joseantoniokast . Veremos quienes estarán por aprobarlo o rechazarlo.

A month ahead of schedule. Oracle needs power faster than any grid can supply it. GPU supply is expanding on a known curve. Electricity supply isn't. Leopold bet his entire net worth on the gap between those two curves, and so far the gap is only getting wider.

Before the media turns this into “Trump wants to bomb civilians,” understand: the Iranian people have been begging the world to see them for years.
