considering a reservation rate of around 10 days/mo, at a rental price of around 40€/day I could recover the investment in around 4 years, whilst having had a car for personal use for free! 🤫

been thinking on buying a car as an investment. I’d put it to rent here in barcelona, from what I’ve seen the numbers make sense, with the potential of getting back the investment in around 3-4 years🥳 the numbers 🧵

just "finished" my NAS/dev server/media server! still missing adding the memory as it has not arrived, so far stole it from my main pc. also missing my 50tb of HDD drives 🧵
