I forgot to cancel my autorenew at @NordVPN. I reached out the same day my credit card was charged. I’m being told that they do not credit clients who forget their auto renew as I should have known their policy given I’ve been a customer for a month. Anti-consumer. Enjoy my $30.

Now the Alectra outage map has no mention of lower mainland Stoney creek…thousands of homes without power for 6 hours now. Your outage map reporting process needs a revamp…

@alectranews you are grossly under reporting the power outage impact. All of Fifty Road homes (north of QEW) have no power. This is a net 2k+ home red outage on your severity scale. You are reporting 500-2000 and are not including all homes in outage @CBCHamilton @cityofhamilton
