@YannDecoopman @iamsupersocks Je me suis lancé il y a 4 jours. L’objectif étant de limiter les frais à 10$ par mois et de parier sur l’apprentissage pour obtenir de meilleurs résultats avec des modèles peu chers. OpenCode Go avec MiniMax 2.7 semble être un bon compromis pour l’instant.

Je tiens à dire que @iamsupersocks avait raison dans son pressing et que Hermes Agents boxe un cran au dessus d'Open Claw grace à ses skills "auto apprenants" qui ont l'air magiques. Toute la partie gestion de la mémoire permanente est bluffante mais j'avais déjà cette stack sur OpenClaw, c'est vraiment sur la partie "self improvment" que ça fait la différence. La migration est assez easy avec un process pré-maché hermes-agent.nousresearch.com/docs/guides/mi… et pour le reste Claude Code peut gérer ça Le gros point noir est le fait que ça ne soit plus compatible avec Claude Max et donc qu'il faille payer en API. C'est cher et gourmand, je pense encore un peu plus que le jeune homard même.

@adamwathan When you’re a perfectionist and used to fine-tuning everything, AI is always a disappointment when it comes to frontend code. For now, I still prefer to code from scratch.

Today I've been trying to figure out a workflow where AI can actually help me go from high fidelity Figma design to HTML + Tailwind more quickly than I can do it by hand. So far total failure — anything I've tried looks close at a glance, but every detail is wrong, so it's not helpful. The closest I've gotten to helpful is giving it a screenshot and asking it to scaffold out just the raw HTML + content with no styles, which is sort of helpful but not super helpful. Where are you having the most luck using AI/agentic editing to build pixel-perfect UIs more quickly? Have you figured out any specific slices of the work you can carve out and hand to AI to do faster than you can do it by hand?
