Virgin Media offers £10 because they are aware our Network Issue is real and keeps happening. They won’t let me cancel the services unless I pay cancellation fees, although they are not able to provide the service. Is this legal, in the UK? #VirginMedia@OmbudServices@CISASUK

@davy_gallagher@virginmedia@BBCWatchdog They always do that. They emailed me stating that my complaint was closed following our chat as a resolution was found.. while our broadband is still not working. #VirginMedia you should respect your customers.
So Virgin Media keeps closing our complaint although our broadband still doesn’t work. You know why? because their policy doesn’t allow them to keep complaints open. Is this legal @BBCWatchdog ? #VirginMedia
@virginmedia Yet again I received an email from the Ex Team saying they were unable to contact me. Please supply details of these alleged attempts. It’s strange that they only seem to succeed when they want to tell me that they can’t contact me. @BBCWatchdog
@ADodson80@virginmedia It’s typical, that’s what Virgin Media do, they send an engineer that disconnects yours or your neighbours line, to be able to make something work. #VirginMedia
@virginmedia I don’t know what your engineers did a couple of weeks ago in the SP4 area but since then internet speed and connectivity has been diabolical.
