I finally got access to @clickup's Subfolders beta. On paper it looks like "one more layer" in the left sidebar. In practice, it changes how you design your workspace — especially if you run client work or complex internal programs. For years the pattern was: ・ Space = Delivery ・ Folder = Client ・ List = Contract / project That works…until one client actually means 3–5 independent teams, products, or regions. You either: ・ duplicate client folders, ・ overload custom fields and filters, ・ or live with views that never quite match how work is actually structured. Subfolders fix that gap. You can keep a single client folder and create subfolders for each team, business line, or major program, while still rolling everything up at the client level for reporting and oversight. No need for extra "hack" views at the space level just to rebuild what your hierarchy should already tell you. A couple of things to keep in mind: ・ There’s only one level of subfolders (no sub-subfolders), which is a good thing — it stops you from recreating file-system chaos inside ClickUp. ・ Subfolders don’t replace good data design. You still need clear conventions for what lives in spaces, folders, subfolders, lists, and which custom fields you use for reporting. If you’re in the beta, use this as a chance to tighten your structure, not just add another container. Start with a simple rule like: "Client folder, subfolders by team or product line, lists by contract or initiative", and make it consistent.

🎉 After months of work behind the scenes, the new Novrith brand and website are live. This rebranding wasn’t about a new logo or prettier pages. It was about making our real work visible: ・ We architect the operational backbone that lets businesses scale without adding chaos. ・ We build systems that compound growth, instead of one-off fixes that break the moment you grow. ・ We turn operations from a constraint into a competitive advantage, so teams can focus on what they do best. Over the last few years I’ve seen the same pattern again and again: teams with great products and strong demand, held back by manual processes, disconnected data, and tools that don’t really talk to each other. Novrith exists to solve exactly that. The new brand and site are my way of drawing a clear line in the sand about what we stand for: systems-first thinking, measurable impact, and long-term partnerships rather than quick wins. Huge thank you to Merakyn for being a thoughtful partner in this process – helping translate the vision into a visual identity and web experience that actually feels like Novrith. If you’re a business founder who feels growth getting heavier instead of easier, I’d love to hear your story.

Our MCP server is live. We built it to turn Attio into an agent-accessible tool surface. This means you can connect to coding agents like Claude Code, automation tools like n8n, or any MCP client. Build CRM-powered agents, automate multi-tool workflows, and integrate with other products. Start building: attio.xyz/attio-mcp

Before ClickUp Super Agents: Figuring out what to work on next meant jumping between lists, re-reading old tasks, and guessing where my ops attention was most needed. After ClickUp Super Agents: I ask once inside ClickUp and get a clear, prioritized view of the next high-leverage improvement to make. What changed: My ClickUp Super Agent scans past work and systems, spots patterns and gaps, and surfaces the next move so I spend less time digging and more time fixing how the business runs.

Most teams don’t hate their CRM. They hate how many clicks it takes to get a straight answer. Yesterday @attio launched Ask Attio: search, update, and create with AI on top of your customer data. It turns your CRM into an operating partner that understands your customer context, not just another reporting tool.

If you froze all your AI experiments today: Would your team have more visibility than 6 months ago, or just more bots? Start with the observer. The right actions will follow.

The outcome isn’t "we automated 37% of tasks". It’s: "We finally run an operation we can see, trust, and improve — and AI amplifies that instead of hiding the mess."

Most teams start with AI in the wrong place. They try to automate more doing instead of fixing how work flows. Your first AI "automation" should be about visibility, not volume. A short thread on designing it 👇

If you’re seeing a pile‑up in "Proposal Sent" or "Negotiation", don’t start with motivation. Start with stage design. Ask: ・ What decision does this stage represent? ・What evidence do we require? ・What should happen automatically when we enter/exit it? That’s how you turn pipeline stages into operating rules.

Do this and your pipeline stops being a story you tell at the end of the month. It becomes a set of operational commitments: ・clear decisions ・visible evidence ・explicit ownership ・predictable next steps Much easier to coach, forecast, and debug.

If half your pipeline lives in "Proposal Sent", you don’t have a sales problem. You have a stage design problem. Most teams treat pipeline stages as labels that look tidy on a board. They tell you almost nothing about what actually happened.
