Ontario Premier Doug Ford just canceled Elon Musk’s Starlink contract and banned all U.S. companies from government contracts in response to Trump’s economic war with Canada. “It’s done, it’s gone,” Ford said. “We won’t award contracts to people who enable and encourage economic attacks on our province and our country.” And just to be clear: “They only have President Trump to blame.” So Trump starts a trade war, and now American businesses are getting locked out of Canada. This isn’t “tough negotiating”—this is our closest ally shutting the door on us while Trump pretends he’s “winning.” MAGA wanted an economic war? Well, they just got one. And it’s American companies and workers who are about to feel the pain.

@Nexadmirer @KyleTank87 @ContraWars @draloneboy A tariff is technically a tax paid by the U.S.-based importer, not the Canadian exporter. Economists generally agree that these costs are passed on to American consumers in the form of higher prices. Have fun paying them dumbo ❤️❤️❤️❤️

@Nexadmirer @ContraWars @draloneboy Sure it can be done, but expect civil wars when you tell a family of 5 that everything will increase by 10-25% for 15+ years. Just a small increase of 5-10k$/year per person for 15% years I actually can’t believe you are that stupid

"The convenience you are talking about, if US goes alone, would cost BILLIONS of dollars to the Americans, 15+ years to build, wich makes NO SENSE." And yet it can be done, so remember that going forward. Canada needs the US. Not the other way around. We can survive without Canada, but Canada can't survive without us.

@Nexadmirer @ContraWars @draloneboy If you couldve been alone, why did the best economy of this world never did it? How stupid can you be. @marcodemontreal @ContraWars @draloneboy "If you didnt need Canada dumbfuck what would you be in a trade agreement with them?" They're convenient. There's nothing more to it. Convenient, but not necessary. If we have to, we CAN IN FACT go it alone. Which we need to do anyway because they're now an enemy of the US.

@Nexadmirer @ContraWars @draloneboy You can, you just can’t do it cheap, fast, or at current scale. That’s why you don’t. If you didnt need Canada dumbfuck what would you be in a trade agreement with them? Do you know any business that do trades just for fun? How stupid can you be?

No, we don't RELY on Canada for anything. Oil? We have so much oil that we're exporting it out now in record amounts! Lumber? We can cut trees here in the US. Electricity? Again, we can produce that here in the US. Fertilizer? We can produce that as well. Now all that other stuff about HIGHER PRICES is true, but so what? That doesn't mean it can't be done, and it doesn't mean that we absolutely depend on Canada for anything, nor do we need Canada for anything. If anything, they're now an enemy of the United States because they've been giving IRGC terrorists citizenship.

@Nexadmirer @KyleTank87 @ContraWars @draloneboy Sure, after a decade. Until then? Hundreds of billions a year in higher costs for Americans. Construction, gas, groceries, housing materials would go up (around 5k per year per citizens) for 10+ years. That ‘convenience’ is literally saving your economy money right now, dumbo.

@KyleTank87 @ContraWars @draloneboy Yes we can. We can produce steel, fertilizer, and that other stuff here. We just trade because it's convenient, but we absolutely can produce that stuff.

@Nexadmirer @ContraWars @draloneboy You dumbfuck. ‘We can produce it all’ is theory. In reality, you rely on Canada for energy, fertilizer inputs, and metals right now. Cut that off and you don’t magically replace it, you get higher gas, food, and construction costs overnight.

@1Aor2AYouPick @YRASProd @fordnation @FreedomFirst Big diff between "plenty of juice" and "dead plants." 16M+ barrels in storage isn’t a win when demand craters… it’s a tax liability. Jim Beam 2026 shutdown and MGP idling KY sites proves it. Your drowning in a surplus no one’s buying. Simple logic
