True however stablecoins are always likely to be digital dollars as on a global scale the reason to hold euros is only clear when dealing with eurozone countries - the reality is that the eurozone needs a clear framework either way both from a usage and protection perspective, otherwise there’s a risk of Dragan de facto dollarisation

In concreto, costruisce sistemi che integrano fonti di dati eterogenee—fiscali, amministrative, finanziarie, social—senza doverle prima normalizzare in strutture rigide come si faceva tradizionallmente. La sua architettura spinge all’estremo il paradigma dei data lake: i dati vengono assorbiti nella loro forma grezza e resi interrogabili attraverso ontologie e grafi semantici che li trasformano in oggetti del mondo reale—persone, eventi, transazioni. Questo ha un effetto economico preciso: riduce drasticamente il tempo tra raccolta del dato e decisione operativa. Dove i sistemi tradizionali richiedono mesi di integrazione, Palantir promette implementazioni in giorni o settimane. Il vantaggio competitivo non è avere più dati, ma riuscire a usarli prima. Il punto però è come questa capacità viene utilizzata. Negli Stati Uniti, piattaforme Palantir sono state impiegate per aggregare dati dispersi—utenze, registri pubblici, attività online—al fine di identificare individui destinatari di provvedimenti di espulsione. Il valore non sta nei singoli dataset, ma nella loro connessione. Lo stesso modello si estende al contesto militare: integrazione in tempo reale di flussi da droni, satelliti e intercettazioni per identificare target e coordinare operazioni con tempi di reazione minimi. È qui che il discorso si sposta dal profilo di Thiel alla natura dell’impresa. Palantir non è semplicemente un fornitore software, ma un’infrastruttura decisionale che opera tra pubblico e privato. E se la velocità diventa il fattore chiave, il rischio è che il controllo resti indietro: non solo lock-in tecnologico, ma dipendenza da sistemi opachi che definiscono cosa è rilevante e cosa no.
