@PoyEstPotShrPol Please actually read the ‘Open Category’ regulations for Civil Drones before posting this. A1 category drones CAN fly over people and property if they weigh under 250g C0 category as long as the operator has line of sight.

We have recieved reports that a drone keeps flying over people's gardens. Can I remind you, you cannot fly a drone within 50m of people or property that are not under the direct control of the drone user. #Workingtogether
