@sainsburys Sainsburys incredible shrinking veg! Received my online order which included an adult sized butternut squash. Instead I received a tiny one, same size as a pepper (see pix). Ridiculous! Probs like this 2 often. Any comment? Thinking of switching to @Waitrose @Tesco

@sainsburys just received my delivery. I ordered 6 bananas only to get 5 blackened, soft bananas and one green banana. I might as well just go to the shop myself to ensure I get a decent bunch. Any comments?

@sainsburys Just received my weekly delivery today 12 Jan only to find 2 of the 4 Biomel drinks with a use by date of 12 Jan. Do the pickers no longer check use by dates? Now I have to go to a store to top up my weeks supply of Biomel which defeats the point of a home delivery!

@sainsburys My delivery all the bananas ordered are black inside. Not the 1st time either I don’t want a refund but why are ur fruit & veg such poor quality? Eg. avocadoes are rarely ripe and more often black inside. Other shops have quality produce why can’t you? #Sainsburys

@sainsburys Hi, I bought a 1kg tub of Pip&Nut peanut butter on 22 July via my online shop. Unpacked and put it in the cupboard. Just back from hols to find it has leaked as it has a crack in the bottom. I do not wish to use a tub that was damaged and not hygienic. Any comments?

@AerLingus your lounge at #Dublin airport is really awful. A limited offering of food and drinks. Coffee is terrible. Tables are grubby and should be cleared/cleaned (properly) more often. Gents toilets were really disgusting and unclean on my visit today. Come on #AerLingus

@sainsburys Today’s delivery 1 crate full of milk as they were leaking. Driver agreed to refund the obviously leaking carton and a damaged cheese. It later became obvious that all 3 milks were leaking and other items were soaked in milk with packaging coming apart. Any comment?

By using our app/mobile and online banking services which are available 24/7, we believe customers will have a more detailed and timely view of their account activity this way. Customers will continue to receive certain alerts, for example, if the account enters an (un)arranged overdraft. We're listening to all customer feedback and we're always keen to know how we can do better. With this in mind we've added a ‘Help us improve’ option in the app, so customers can share suggestions with us easily. You can find this by logging on and tapping ‘Menu’ on the home screen. ^ FD
