My school had 70 students at the local service this morning as an example

What is happening to Australia? I was one of only three people between ages 8 to 47 that attended the local #ANZAC service in town. Australia is on a downward spiral to the scheissenhausen.

There’s no hate from me but today’s Offsiders was all AFL. No mention of any other sport. It’s long overdue that there needs to be two versions of the show to cater for fans other than those with the southern blinkered view of the world.

The fact he is not the home owner but is rather, a contractor, only justifies his response even more. He's employed to the work site and has a duty of care. They were young children without a parent in the middle of the day. ANYTHING could have happened to them. If he hadn't restrained them and called the cops, they might have run off down the road and got cleaned up by a drunk driver (as is common in Broome), or faced any number of other hazards. This man exercised caution, foresight, and professionalism. While zipties aren't nice, they serve a purpose - keep the children together until police arrive. What would you have done instead if you went to work and found 3 wild kids had broken into the worksite that you had responsibility for?
