@united Our flight 794 SFO/ORD has been delayed 4 hours for aircraft maintenance … Got another 1.5 hours to go until an “update”…can’t someone assign a different plane?!?!? This is ridiculous. It’s not weather. It’s failure to provide paid for service.

@united We are officially leaving at 820pm, over 8 hours after original departure, for a non-force-majeure reason (aka United’s fault not the weather or passengers) without any apology or action. This is not acceptable. Will we be refunded? Who is paying for dinner?
