I’m disgusted at the decision that’s just been handed down by the Federal Court in the Tickle vs Giggle case. It flies in the face of biological reality, and strips rights from women. Women’s spaces are not being protected and are no longer safe. I will back Sall Grover in Parliament. One Nation is the only party which has tried to amend the Sex Discrimination Act to remove identity politics and reflect biological reality. I will continue with this effort to protect women’s rights in Australia.

Apparently a grenade-type bomb was sitting submerged at the bottom of a dam that holds an entire city's DRINKING WATER. Tickle v Giggle (round 2) Judgement at 2pm today. Always and forever behind the absolute powerhouse that is Sall Grover. My court case was a drop in the ocean compared to what this brave woman has been through, all because she wanted to create a female only space in Australia. She lost the original case, with the judge ruling that "sex is changeable" (newsflash, it isn't). Today is the result of her appeal against that decision. This is without a doubt the most bonkers case to ever grace the Australian judiciary. What is beyond obvious to everyone with eyes, is apparently invisible for those captured by gender ideology. No matter what happens today, men will still never be women. Women will never be men, and non-binary will always be bullshit.

Across the country, women are holding their breath - waiting to see whether biological reality will hold up in law. Whatever today brings, the fight goes on until sex-based rights are guaranteed in law from the federal level to every state and territory. So many women and men have stood up against gender ideology - and some are still being dragged through lawfare for it. But there is one woman who made it possible to even get to this point. Sall Grover. An entrepreneur. A mother. She put her life and business on hold to fight for women's rights in law. She could have buckled to unjust demands and chosen a quiet life. Instead - with little political support and no secure financial backing - she took on this fight. This was never Sall's job to do. David hasn’t stopped since his election to Parliament less than a week ago! Here he was yesterday at the NSW Parliament, having visited Canberra on Wednesday.
