The TrustMaintain project, developed by Forge S.r.l., Karacasu Tekstil and @armilistrustful, has received financial support of @Mind4Machines_, which has received funding from the EU's Horizon 2020 research and innovation programme under the Grant Agreement No 101005711.

For non-fully automated machines, an accurate and reliable data collection system is crucial for the success of a predictive maintenance system. Investing in Industry 4.0 to ensure high-quality data is vital for the proper functioning of any predictive maintenance initiative.

The first key link of the TrustMaintain project, part of @Mind4Machines_ is Data Collection using IIoT devices. A total of 15 boxes equipped with temperature and RPM sensors, along with low-power microcontrollers, were installed in each selected ring machine.

TrustMaintain, part of @Mind4Machines_ project, is focused on delivering a Trusted Predictive Maintenance System for non-fully digitalized ring machines in textile production lines. Our value chain is comprised of 3 links: Data Collection, Data Integrity, and an AI System.
