They are involved in gang crime and drug offenses. Unfortunately, we have not yet been able to deport them. This is primarily due to the interpretation of the European Convention on Human Rights (ECHR)." Now, this is set to change. She says Denmark is not waiting for the ECHR anymore. All migrants who have been sentenced to one year or more in prison must return to their home country automatically. There will be no case review.
