Note that whenever you go to the hospital for CHEMOTHERAPY, you are going to pay huge amount of money on compounds (Vincristine and Vinblastine) isolated from a common plant at your backyard called CATHARANTHUS ROSEUS(Madagascar periwinkle)🍀 As Africans, we just need to invest more into the research of plant medicine. The Healer is at your backyard❤️

If I'm being honest, half the things I went through are in fact because of me: my lack of discipline, not listening to my gut feelings, and my poor decision-making.

Familiarity kills respect. The closer they get, the more they take you for granted. They begin to judge, compare, and devalue you over time. It’s human nature. Stay scarce with your time/energy/essence.

unfortunately, i lose interest every time i feel ignored. i lose interest every time you take too long to reply, or when my messages stay "seen" for hours. i lose interest every time the effort feels one-sided, when it feels like i'm the only one trying to keep our conversation alive. i lose interest when your words sound nice but your actions don't match. and when that happens, i don't beg. i just slowly distance myself until i stop caring. not because i wanted to, but because you made it easier for me to let go.

I hate this nonsense where people say “make sure he/she loves you more than you do.” We should be competing to outdo each other if we are in a relationship. I'm not interested in a relationship where I have doubts about your love and intentions for me. Miss me with that BS!!!

Keeping your partner updated is a basic form of respect. Being busy doesn’t mean you should leave them clueless, it just means you need to balance your time and show that they matter. Relationships come with responsibilities and if consistent communication feels too hard, then maybe you’re not ready for that level of commitment. Communication is key and ignoring it will only lead to misunderstandings and hurt feelings.

A man needs 3 things from a woman: 1) Peace (emotional safety & calm), 2) Respect (value, honor & trust), and 3) Intimacy (affection, connection & reassurance). When these exist, love grows, effort multiplies, and the relationship thrives.A man seeks peace as emotional safety an environment free from constant conflict, where communication is calm and problems are solved without hostility. Peace allows him to focus, grow, and provide. Respect means being valued: his efforts acknowledged, his opinions heard, and his dignity protected in public and private. Respect strengthens trust and commitment. Intimacy goes beyond physical closeness; it includes affection, connection, reassurance, and shared vulnerability. Intimacy deepens bonding, reduces stress, and affirms love. When peace, respect, and intimacy coexist, a man feels secure, motivated, and emotionally fulfilled.

I will always choose you Not because loving you is easy But because it is honest Even on the days when words fail us And silence grows heavy between our hearts Even when we look at each other And cannot name what we feel I choose you in the confusion In the misunderstandings In the moments where patience is tested And love asks to be softer and braver I choose you when we are learning And when we are unlearning our fears You are the person my soul recognizes Even when my mind feels lost The one I return to after every storm The one I want beside me at the end of all things Not perfect days But real ones Not flawless love But a lasting one And in that truth I choose you again and again
