@marksandspencer @LornaMa36402231 I think the customer was complaining not about the price but the fact that the bag was advertising Christmas food. The bags should have been given away free as they are now obsolete.

My son has just been to M&S Bracknell. He spent £37.50 on food and was charged 040p for a Xmas paper bag. Unbelievable. Shame on you M&S !!
