@ThatChristinaG Watching everything with Twitter still blows my mind. I’ve done countless social listening, mostly focused on Twitter. Hadn’t even thought about what would happen. Also miss you and the Twitter crew! I could also use a Peloton ride with you and @Clarissa_Laskey.

Something to consider. The majority of social listening data comes from Twitter. What is the future of social listening if Twitter doesn't make it?

@myfriendjanine That’s one of the many things I love about you, Janine! Building in public helps so many of us see the highs, lows and everything in between.

Taking risks means making mistakes along the way. Building in public puts it all on display. It’s not easy. But I’d rather be loud about our mission and get called out or deal with meanies then stay silent and complacent. No one ever got anywhere by sitting in their comfort.

Kindness matters. When times are good + when the world feels like it’s falling apart. We may never know what someone else is going through but it costs you absolutely nothing to be kind to others.
