I have been quiet lately as an old friend took his life last week. No warning signs or obvious explanation. A young family and so many friends devastated. I now regret not asking how he was feeling. Check in on your friends regularly, you never know who is suffering unseen 😢

Neighbors (and Neighborhoods) is live now. I've sent a few Neighbors to fellow onchain appreciatooors... @marka_eth, @heavyalien_, @tokenfox1, @ripe0x, for example. Plus ~30 others. The project works by combining anyone's Neighbors together physically and minting the result to a sister collection, called Neighborhoods. Each Neighborhoods piece immortalizes all the Neighbors owners that went into it... onchain forever. The art is created by individuals, permissionlessly, but the whole community plays a part. I'm talking with @RogerDickerman about the project today. Plus we'll talk 24 Hours of Art updates, and everything onchain. The space, especially the deep networked onchain stuff, is alive and on fire right now. I'm excited to get this project out and contribute to that energy! Self-sovereign contracts, permissionless creation, representations of people and moments in time... it's all baked into this one. The first Neighborhood is waiting to be created. Proud to be a @basepaint_xyz full set collector, along with 8 other legends. Collecting is one of my favorite parts of the community - hunting rare canvases, finding deals, flipping others. But at the core, I think this is an amazing group of art collectors and supporters. The offer value for all 1000 canvases right now is 2.15 eth, but the floor is 21 eth. The real dollar value is somewhere in between, but I love that there will only ever be 75 complete sets at most. Honestly, I think owning a full set should be a status on par with other 5-10eth collections like Pudgys or Apes, or some of the @artblocks_io collections like Squiggles or Ringers. I think other collectors will see the value in time of such an amazing collection.
