@markandspencers I bought a packet of unsalted crisps by mistake, I wanted salted. Took the packet back today at Llanishen, Cardiff. Manager couldn’t swap them for salted as no food can be returned. No refund offered.The packet was unopened. Tin food the same applies?

@5ha3ia Hi Shaz, we’re so sorry to hear that. I’ve just checked in with our Sheffield Branch to look into this in more detail. Unfortunately, a degree in General Studies at the University of Bognor Regis doesn’t qualify for our student discount. I wish you all the best in your studies

@markandspencers absolutely appalled at your customer service by your store manager, Louise at your Sheffield City Centre store. Spoke to me so rudely and would not honour my student discount although I had the app with the discount.

All our jelly pots are made in the same factory which processes egg and milk products, so we sadly can’t guarantee it to be allergy free! We also use child slaves, so can’t guarantee to be slavery free! Always read the fine print :/
