I'm in the process of buying a new car from Volvo. The customer service so far has been appalling! I put the deposit down on the car 3 weeks ago. It was at another dealer in london and I was told it would be in worcester in the following week. When they went to pick it up the car was not there and they could not find it. I'm still waiting to find out if they have found it and if so when I might see it. To top it all the communication on the issue has been terrible .If this is characteristic of how Volvo treat their customers I would avoid them! @VolvoCarUK @volvocars @VolvoGroup
