Dear @British_Airways. I am stuck with a flight I cannot change dep time on via app (tech error), call cntre that is so busy I can’t get in queue (10 tries 4 days) and online chat that tells me to try again. Obvs it’s very busy time rn but flight leaves 2mrw so how can I get help

@IntuneSuppTeam just a heads up that iOS 14.5 Beta 1 has broken something on enrolled devices - any app with a managed ID crashes. Reinstall app without adding managed ID - works fine. Add managed ID back - crashes again. Device remains compliant. Feedback submitted
