@theladyfarmer You have surely not failed Jo. This is a situation where landlord’s logic is unfathomable. Mourn but move forward proud of what you have done. 1995 Act tenancies generally do not provide sufficient risk protection for the level of investment. 1995 Act needs reform!

In 2 hours time I’ve got to explain to these guys that our landlord fancied cattle, not sheep on his farm so he’s taken our base farm tenancy away from us. 1100ac. 7 months of uncertainty & suffering, now many more. They’ll be a lot of tears in our household for a while. I failed
