@MaseDenver I’m still frustrated that they passed on some excellent RB’s in Round 1, one of which beat them yesterday, to draft a corner who played minimally and RJ Harvey who was, frankly, a disappointment outside of TDs (many of which could have been scored by others).

One thing that would help a long-term RB1/1A timeshare is for RJ Harvey to grow as a blocker & get more third-down work. One expects he will. That's part of the natural progression of a young RB; typically there's a significant Year 1 to Year 2 leap in pass-pro skills for a RB.

@Tyler_Polumbus I liked being aggressive, but the play all was suspect.

This question requires morality and honesty… NO HINDSIGHT ALLOWED… strictly in the moment: Did you like Sean Payton going for it on fourth down… Or did you want the safe points before you knew the result of the failed 4th down?

@CodyRoarkNFL Question: why does this defense not force more turnovers? It really feels like it’s part of the design, but this offense needs the defense to get them better field position and we’ll probably need a defensive score at some point this season.

The Giants on their own 2 yard line, facing a third and long and the Broncos commit DPI to give the Giants a first down and bring the ball out to the 17. You just can't do that.

@MaseDenver That’s it. Payton is cooked. We gain 3 yards on a first down run with Dobbins and what does he do?! Throws it 3 times with 2 freaking yards to go. Fire him. Fire him now.

And just like so many other times today, the Giants CRUSH the Broncos. Fourth down and goal, setting up a pass to Sutton, and Dane Belton shoots throw and clobbers Courtland Sutton. With that, the drive ends without points.
