A 28-year-old woman is 45 minutes into a Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL). The surgeon is injecting harvested fat into the gluteal region. Suddenly, her oxygen saturation (SpO2) drops from 99% to 78%. Her blood pressure plummets, and she develops sudden shortness of breath and tachycardia. The anesthesiologist shouts, "We’re losing her!"  What happened??????
