Imagine you had to choose your life at age 40: Option A: Single. No kids. $10M net worth. Travel anywhere. Total freedom. Quiet house. Quiet holidays. Option B: Married. 3 kids. $1M net worth. Drive a Toyota. Chaos every morning. Loud house. Full dinner table. Be honest, which life are you choosing?

The wealth gap has never been wider: US private sector financial assets relative to US GDP are up to a record 6.7x. This means that the total value of stocks, bonds, and other financial instruments held by the private sector has never been larger relative to the real economy. This also surpasses the previous all-time high of 6.3x seen in 2021 after one of the sharpest market recoveries in history. The size of private sector financial assets relative to GDP has more than DOUBLED since the 1970s low. When financial assets outpace the real economy, the wealthy get richer, and workers get left behind. Own assets or be left behind.

The tax code was written by people who own assets, for people who own assets. Once I understood that, I realized that you don’t earn your way to financial freedom, you buy your way there with high quality assets.

The Bitcoin and stocks I hold and don’t sell is not a taxable event. Long term capital gains are taxed at a lower rate than my salary. None of this is a loophole. It’s just how the code is written.

The US tax code doesn’t punish the wealthy. It rewards asset owners. Here’s exactly how it works🧵

@AAStack Exactly, it’s generational shift. The end of pensions became the end of that loyalty.

Being loyal to a company that would replace you in weeks is delusion. They’re not built to care about you. They’re built to replace you. That’s the system. Yet people still treat a job like it’s “safe.” It’s not security. It’s dependency. Escape ⚡️

@FinFreedom414 Banks wrapping $STRC in a retail product is the best thing that could happen to @Strategy and Bitcoin. Banks selling a « 6-7% » saving account (based on $STRC) pocketing the delta, and this way helping $MSTRC stack more $BTC. That’s what will clearly generate a major move.

$STRC is likely coming back online next week above $100/share. When it does, expect MicroStrategy ($MSTR) to ramp Bitcoin buys again. I would argue this move we’re seeing right now is smart money front running. But at some point in the next 12 months, the lightbulb goes off for retail and the market as a whole. People start to understand what a sustained $STRC bid actually means for Bitcoin. That’s when things get violent. $BTC moves fast. $MSTR moves faster. What are your thoughts?

@_Checkmatey_ @joao_wedson $STRC eating up tens of thousands of Bitcoin on a monthly basis is a dynamic that people haven’t priced in yet. They’ll be reactive. I bought a shitload of $MSTR to prepare for that moment.

@joao_wedson Which part of the market structure looks anything like 2022? Why would you expect 2022 to be a suitable model, at all, given there is almost nothing equivalent between the two in the broader setup?

Long-Term Holder Supply in Loss is close to reaching the same level seen at Bitcoin’s 2018 price bottom. However, a significant further price drop and more loss realization by these investors are still needed to reach the same loss level seen in 2022. If Long-Term Holder conviction weakens in 2026, an early price bottom is likely to occur. But if they remain confident and do not move their BTC, the price will probably need to fall further for supply to become deeply underwater. @Alphractal
