@HarryBarnes @FirstEssex It’s definitely £3.00 from the Army & Navy to Chelmsford Bus Station on the Airport service X10/X30. Other services are much cheaper priced at £1.50. Makes no sense? and is confusing for passengers and drivers alike. Both services are operated by @FirstEssex

@FirstEssex what's the price of tickets from inside Chelmsford city centre to station now? Used to be £1, outside of it was £2 thanks to the grant. Been told by driver it's all £3 now? Station in particular would be army and navy or parkway to centre.

@bususer1958 @FirstEssex @LeeShuttlewood @bususer1958 Without knowing any of the facts first, Why do you call out the drivers when buses are delayed? If you’re not aware, Passengers, roadworks, breakdowns, diversions and police incidents (to name just a few) can all have a negative impact contributing to bus delays!

@FirstEssex @LeeShuttlewood 5:30 a.m. in the early hours of the morning and there was a 26 minute "unfortunate delay". What was the reason for this unexplained "operational issue"? Did the driver just want some extra time under the duvet? This really isn't acceptable is it despite your "clarity"?

@FirstEssex Not a good start to the new year. 31 to Chelmsford due in Danbury at 06:48 finally turned up at 06:14.

@FirstEssex @Richard19413 It used to be a bus could leave 3 minutes early if not a timing point and 1 minute early if it is a timing point has this changed?

@Richard19413 @FirstEssex You can see both the inbound outbound 5bells bus stops pictured here! Both served by the 100 & 200!

@markjbrain1965 @FirstEssex Both don't stop outside the harvester where there's a prominent bus stop with the words five bells written upon it.

@Richard19413 @FirstEssex Richard since when has the 100 and 200 stop serving the 5 Bells? They always used to. As far as I’m aware they still do.

@Harry03820030 @Sue_Hillwood @FirstEssex As Harry correctly mentioned, Double decker’s are approx 14ft 4in tall and can’t physically fit under the 13ft 9in low railway bridge at Pitsea. This may explain why the 28 only use single decker’s. Hope this helps? @FirstEssex can confirm as a reliable source.

@FirstEssex My daughter has seen several 28 buses heading to Basildon not stopping at UPS College because they are full.This is between 2.30-4.30 so not even peak time!If the route is so popular why aren't you using double deckers so people aren't left stranded for over an hour?!

@FirstEssex do you think you can turn the 28 bus from basildon to Southend and back to a double decker. From 3pm every single 28 bus is full and I have to wait nearly two hours for a bus that is not full to get on

@st77301503 @FirstEssex The X10 service serves the bus stop’s listed below. Other bus stops along the route are not served. Please ensure you’re waiting at one of the designated stops and signal clearly to driver. Hope to see you on board soon.

@FirstEssex hi, i’ve booked your x10 service for saturday to go stanstead from basildon. will the bus definitely stop if i put my hand out as i’ve seen it go past when people have before and when i booked it didn’t ask for the time im getting the bus or the stop im going from?

@existendure @FirstEssex The X10 and X30 run everyday (except Christmas Day) it will definitely be running Aug 29th every half hour from Chelmsford to Stansted.

@FirstEssex Morning. I’ve checked timetable for x10/x30 to Stansted from Chelmsford on August 29th bank holiday and there’s no buses scheduled. Is this the case?

@FirstEssex The 25 has just stopped and left Shotgate post office nearly 10 minutes early. I was just walking down the road as it pulled away 😡
