@markleathem85 @TieGuyTravis @IGN Controls dictating whether or not a game is bad is a non-gamer take on our industry. Any actual gamer is able to overcome a wonky UI or shit control scheme if the gameplay is awesome. Monster Hunter's entire franchise is testament to that.

@HoegLaw @TieGuyTravis I played CD last night and spent 30 minutes trying to use an old memory thing to finish a quest about a missing horn. As good as it looks. It's got some serious design flaws.

See, I know @TieGuyTravis, so I know the secret reason that Marathon got a much better score than Crimson Desert…It’s because Marathon is a much better game.

If you're surprised Marathon turned out this well, I'm with ya. This time last year, I had all but written it off after trying that dreadful alpha with the cartoony art, no solo mode, and no prox chat.
