@obadawi I was thinking the same thing but I was looking for your expert opinion. The data does looks good for a very narrow population.

@marklindell Can't conclude much from that design. To put simply, it looks like they had a clinical protocol (not part of a study) to non-randomly assign different treatments to pts then later report the pts in some pathways did better. Basically =Selection bias.
