The reality is a home buyer doesn’t have the answers so 9 out of 10 times the end up overpaying. It’s sad but it’s the truth.

The real concern I have is how is a home buyer to understand what’s happening in the suburb their looking to buy in? Do they offer more, do they offer less, do they even make an offer at all.

Every day in almost every newspaper around the country, alarmists claim the property market is: - Falling - Steady - Growing The reality is, every suburb is doing something different. I’ve analysed 440 Sydney suburbs and it’s mixed bag. Some are up and some are down.

@DVeytsblit VC investment in e-commerce in the USA is $5billion plus a year! That’s not a gap… that’s a different planet!

Competitor analysis is important but it is much better to obsess about the customer needs and product experience.

Honest question for early stage investors (angels/funds). Why would you ask an early stage company (just launched and certainly pre-product market fit) for a detailed business plan? I’m talking about financial projections, hiring plan, expenses plan, product milestones.
