@Banx_Leaf Retooling after spending 10 years around the same core of players makes no sense. It hasn't worked, it will not work. it's time to use those core players as trade chips.

Just retool. Realistically you can punt Rielly, draft a stud in the top 5, and run back the same team plus some key depth adds with the 20M they have plus the 15 point bump they’ll get with a new coach. Not worried, you have to run this core into the ground
