@HykolityLED My T84V40W65K-HBV1-10 lights are failing one after another. I have emailed twice and tried calling to make a claim against the 5 year warranty. I have had no replies! Can customer service please reach out to me?

@TheAtlantic I just tried calling again this morning after they opened at 9am EST. "No support agents are currently available to take your call. Please call back later" This is so frustrating!

Then I noticed the full subscription price of $120 was pulled from my account. Please help! I have tried calling the customer service phone number on the website, but no one is available is the automatic message and the call ends.

@TheAtlantic I am having the worst time getting ahold of someone. I renewed my subscription in September, 2024 for the then promotional price of $79. Days after this renewal I noticed my subscription had not been extended on my profile page.

@aCarApp what's going on? I noticed I haven't received reminder notifications in a while and low and behold notifications are off at the system level and cannot be turned on. Please help!

@spotify continued ...website has this dark pattern by design to trick you into continuing to pay for a service you intend to cancel. I would like a refund for all monthly charges since my first attempt to cancel April 12th, 2022. Charges since then total $79.95.
